Effective Date: October 18, 2026

1. ABOUT OUR BUSINESS

Cash 4 Junk Cars Florida purchases junk, damaged, unwanted, wrecked, non-running, salvage, and end-of-life vehicles.

We buy qualifying cars, trucks, vans, SUVs, and other vehicles based on condition, location, documentation, and market value.

We are a vehicle purchasing business. We do not offer general towing services, roadside assistance, emergency towing, or vehicle transportation for customers who are not selling their vehicles to us.

2. VEHICLE TRANSACTION REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle purchases and pickups are subject to applicable Florida laws and regulations.

Depending on the type of vehicle and transaction, we may request identification, vehicle information, ownership records, or other documentation required by law.

Certain vehicles intended for dismantling, recycling, or scrap processing may qualify for procedures established under Florida law.

We reserve the right to decline any transaction that cannot be completed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

3. VEHICLES WITHOUT A TITLE

Cash 4 Junk Cars Florida may consider purchasing qualifying vehicles without a physical certificate of title when permitted under applicable Florida law.

Florida law provides specific procedures for certain vehicles intended for dismantling, recycling, or scrap processing.

Required documentation and verification depend on the vehicle, transaction, and applicable legal requirements.

We may request the following information when applicable:

  • Valid government-issued identification.
  • Vehicle identification number (VIN).
  • Vehicle description and information.
  • Applicable transaction documentation.
  • Other information required by Florida law.

We will not knowingly purchase stolen vehicles or vehicles that cannot legally be acquired under applicable Florida law.

4. VEHICLE INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

Customers must provide truthful and accurate information about the vehicle before receiving a purchase offer.

This includes:

  • Year, make, and model.
  • Vehicle location.
  • Running or non-running condition.
  • Accident or flood damage.
  • Missing mechanical components.
  • Engine and transmission condition.
  • Wheel and tire availability.
  • Title and documentation status.
  • Missing or damaged catalytic converters.

Materially inaccurate information may result in a revised offer or cancellation of the purchase.

5. CATALYTIC CONVERTERS AND MISSING PARTS

Vehicle purchase prices may depend on the presence and condition of original catalytic converters and other valuable components.

Customers must disclose whether catalytic converters have been removed, replaced, damaged, or modified.

Missing engines, transmissions, batteries, wheels, or other major components must also be disclosed.

The final offer may be adjusted when the vehicle differs materially from the information originally provided.

6. PRELIMINARY OFFERS AND FINAL INSPECTION

Offers provided by telephone, text message, email, or website are preliminary unless expressly confirmed as final.

Purchase offers are based on the information supplied by the customer.

Before completing a purchase, our driver or authorized representative may inspect the vehicle.

If the vehicle's actual condition differs materially from the customer's description, we may revise or withdraw the offer.

The customer may accept or decline a revised offer before completing the sale.

7. FREE JUNK CAR PICKUP

Free towing and pickup are included when Cash 4 Junk Cars Florida agrees to purchase a qualifying vehicle.

Free pickup applies to the agreed vehicle purchase only.

We do not provide free towing for vehicles that we are not purchasing.

Pickup availability depends on location, accessibility, equipment, scheduling, and operating conditions.

8. PICKUP APPOINTMENTS

Pickup times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival times.

Traffic, weather, equipment availability, mechanical issues, and other circumstances may affect scheduling.

Customers should ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location.

We may reschedule or cancel a pickup when safe access cannot be provided.

9. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they decide not to sell their vehicle or need to cancel an appointment.

Customers should not intentionally schedule a pickup using false information or without appropriate legal authorization.

A customer may decline a revised purchase offer before the sale is completed.

Any cancellation or dispatch fee must be separately disclosed and expressly accepted by the customer before it can become a contractual obligation.

No automatic cancellation fee is imposed solely by visiting this website or requesting a preliminary quote.

10. DRIVER DISPATCH AND SERVICE FEES

Our drivers may travel to the customer's location based on an agreed pickup appointment.

If a customer requests special services that are not included in the vehicle purchase, any applicable charges must be explained and agreed upon in advance.

A driver dispatch fee, cancellation fee, or other charge is not automatically created by these website terms.

Any such fee requires a separate agreement specifying the amount and the circumstances under which it applies.

11. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER PROPERTY

By scheduling pickup, the customer represents that they have legal authority to permit access to the designated pickup area.

The customer authorizes our drivers, personnel, and authorized contractors to enter that area solely for purposes related to inspection, loading, and removal of the agreed vehicle.

The customer must identify any restricted areas, gates, obstacles, or known hazards.

If the customer does not have authority to grant property access, permission must be obtained from the lawful property owner or authorized occupant.

12. DRIVEWAYS, LAWNS, AND PROPERTY CONDITIONS

Removing junk vehicles may require the use of heavy towing and loading equipment.

Customers must disclose known property conditions that may interfere with safe vehicle removal.

These may include:

  • Soft or unstable ground.
  • Wet or muddy lawns.
  • Weak or damaged driveways.
  • Underground irrigation systems.
  • Underground utilities.
  • Septic systems.
  • Low-hanging trees.
  • Restricted gates or entrances.
  • Other hidden obstacles.

Our drivers may refuse to enter an area when conditions appear unsafe.

Customers should identify a suitable pickup location before the driver arrives.

13. PROPERTY DAMAGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for accurately disclosing known hazards and unsafe property conditions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cash 4 Junk Cars Florida is not responsible for damage caused solely by undisclosed hazards, unsafe conditions, or materially inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

We do not assume responsibility for pre-existing property damage unrelated to our pickup activities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for negligence where such limitations are prohibited or unenforceable.

A separate written property-access or pickup authorization may be required for unusual or higher-risk vehicle removals.

14. VEHICLES IN DIFFICULT LOCATIONS

Vehicles located in ditches, wooded areas, mud, enclosed spaces, or other difficult locations may require special equipment.

Free standard pickup does not guarantee recovery from every possible location.

Any additional recovery requirements must be evaluated and agreed upon before work begins.

15. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Customers must remove all personal belongings before transferring the vehicle.

This includes:

  • Cash and valuables.
  • Personal identification.
  • Documents.
  • Electronic devices.
  • Garage door openers.
  • House keys.
  • Medication.
  • Personal property stored in the trunk.

Customers should inspect the passenger compartment, trunk, glove compartment, and storage areas before vehicle pickup.

If an item is discovered after pickup, customers should contact us promptly.

Recovery of forgotten items cannot be guaranteed after processing, dismantling, or recycling.

This provision does not eliminate responsibilities imposed by applicable law.

16. LICENSE PLATES AND REGISTRATION

Customers are responsible for handling license plates, registration, and related requirements according to Florida law.

Customers should remove license plates when required and complete any applicable notices or registration procedures.

We may provide general information but do not replace the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

17. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The agreed purchase price is subject to verification of vehicle condition and applicable legal requirements.

Payment method and timing will be confirmed before the transaction is completed.

Customers should verify the agreed amount before signing applicable documents or releasing the vehicle.

We do not guarantee a particular payment amount before final verification.

18. COMPLETION OF VEHICLE SALE

A vehicle sale is completed when the parties satisfy the applicable purchase, payment, and lawful transaction requirements.

The customer must provide the information and documents required for the applicable type of transaction.

We reserve the right to decline a transaction when applicable legal requirements have not been satisfied.

19. VEHICLE PICKUP UNDER FLORIDA LAW

Cash 4 Junk Cars Florida may purchase and pick up qualifying vehicles in accordance with applicable Florida laws and regulations.

All vehicle transactions and pickups will be conducted in compliance with applicable Florida legal requirements.

20. ABANDONED VEHICLES

A vehicle being parked on private property does not automatically give the property owner authority to sell it.

We will not knowingly purchase an abandoned vehicle without the legal authority and documentation required by applicable law.

Property owners seeking removal of abandoned vehicles may need to follow separate legal procedures.

21. STOLEN VEHICLES AND FRAUD

We do not knowingly purchase stolen vehicles.

Transactions involving suspected theft, fraudulent documents, altered VINs, false identification, or ownership disputes may be declined.

Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

22. ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY CONDITIONS

Customers must disclose known safety hazards associated with the vehicle or pickup area.

Examples include:

  • Fuel leaks.
  • Damaged batteries.
  • Unstable vehicle positioning.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Fire damage.
  • Unsafe loading conditions.

We may refuse pickup when a vehicle presents an unacceptable safety or environmental risk.

Vehicle handling and recycling activities are subject to applicable laws.

23. THIRD-PARTY DRIVERS

Cash 4 Junk Cars Florida may coordinate vehicle pickup through authorized drivers or independent transportation contractors.

All pickup activities remain subject to applicable legal requirements.

The use of a third-party driver does not eliminate responsibilities imposed by law.

24. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

Customers may communicate with us by telephone, text message, or other available contact methods.

By providing a telephone number and requesting a quote or pickup, customers authorize communications reasonably necessary to respond to their request and coordinate the transaction, subject to applicable law.

Submitting a request does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing communications.

25. WEBSITE INFORMATION

Information on this website is provided for general business and informational purposes.

Vehicle prices, pickup availability, and purchasing conditions may change.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that every statement will remain current at all times.

26. NO GUARANTEED PURCHASE

Submitting vehicle information does not guarantee that Cash 4 Junk Cars Florida will purchase the vehicle.

We reserve the right to decline transactions based on vehicle condition, location, documentation, market value, or lawful business considerations.

27. APPLICABLE FLORIDA LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Florida law.

Nothing in this notice waives rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

If any provision is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

28. CHANGES TO TERMS

Cash 4 Junk Cars Florida may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on this website.

Revisions do not retroactively change completed agreements unless legally permitted and agreed upon.

29. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Customers are encouraged to review these terms before scheduling pickup or completing a vehicle sale.

By entering into a vehicle purchase agreement, customers acknowledge the terms incorporated into that agreement.

Website use alone does not constitute acceptance of every separate contractual obligation described here.

Additional written authorizations or signed documents may be required.
